Abstract: Background Indocyanine green(ICG) fluorescence imaging integrated with microscope came into being. Due to the low cost, simple operation, repeatability and other advantages, it has been widely applied in the evaluation of clipping effect in intracranial aneurysm clipping surgery. But ICG also has disadvantages such as allergies, transient SpO2 decrease and leakage, which bring new challenge to use it during the perioperative period. Objective Providing reference for the anesthetic management of ICG in aneurysm surgery. Content The research advances in aneurysm surgery in ICG angiography and possible adverse reactions and strategy for prevention. Trend Application of ICG angiography in evaluation of the aneurysm clipping effect is safe and effective. It will be widely used in intracranial aneurysm clipping surgery.
