【摘要】背景 近红外线光谱(near-infrared spectroscopy, NIRS)是一种新型的无创脑氧饱和度监测方法,是评估脑部氧供需平衡状况和脑血流变化情况的有效指标。因其具有灵敏、实时、持续、操作简单等特点,近年来广泛应用于临床。目的 本文就以近年来NIRS用于脑氧饱和度监测的应用进展做一综述,为临床工作提供参考。内容 从NIRS用于脑氧饱和度监测的基本原理、临床应用及影响因素等方面进行综述。趋向 NIRS用于脑氧饱和度监测能够及时发现脑区的氧供需平衡状况和脑血流变化情况,可较早对脑组织缺血缺氧做出判断,对临床有一定的指导意义,具有广泛应用前景。

Abstract:

【Abstract】Background Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS)is a new non-invasive method of monitoring cerebral oxygen saturation,it can provide useful information about brain oxygenation situation.Because of its sensitive,real-time,continuous and simple operation advantages ,it widely used in clinical in recent years.Objective This paper focuses on recent advances in the application of NIRS to do a review and provide a reference for clinical work. Content The passage contains the theory of NIRS,clinical application and influence factors.Tend NIRS monitoring for cerebral oxygen saturation can detect brain’s oxygen supply and demand balance and can found cerebral blood flow changes early.It’s useful for anesthesiologist change his management to prevent cerebral ischemia and hypoxia.It has great clinical application foreground.
