Abstract: Background Cancer induced bone pain(CIBP) is very common in patients with late stage cancer, which seriously damage the quality of life among cancer patients, but there is no effective therapy up to now. Chemokine is a kind of protein function in chemotaxis, which directionally guides white blood cells to migrate to participate in the immune response. In recent years, studies have shown that chemokines play a very important role in the occurrence and maintain of CIBP. Objective To understand the role of chemokines in the development of CIBP, which will provide a new therapy method for patients with CIBP. Content This article reviews the advances in the study of the chemokines and CIBP. Trend Chemokines will be new targets for CIBP treatment.
