摘要:

过去不少学者在临床中发现某器官如心脏、小肠等缺血一段时间,当恢复血流后会造成不同程度的器官损伤,从实践到最后的理论总结得出了缺血再灌注损伤的概念。对其机制进行探讨,有利于对其进行有效防治,从而降低缺血性心脏病的病死率。降钙素基因相关肽(Calcitonin gene-related peptide, CGRP)为一种重要的感觉神经肽,能降低心肌缺血再灌注损伤。对CGRP产生心肌缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的机制进行研究,能更有效的发挥心肌保护作用。

Abstract:

In the past, many scholars have found that the heart, small intestine, etc. When these organs ischemia for some time, it will cause varying degrees of organ damage After the recovery of blood flow. The concept of ischemia reperfusion injury was concluded from the practice to the final conclusion. To explore the mechanism, it is conducive to the effective of prevention and treatment, so as to reduce the mortality of ischemic heart disease. Calcitonin gene related peptide is a kind of important sensory neuropeptide, which can decrease the myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. To study the protective effect of CGRP on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury, This maybe play a more effective role in myocardial protection.
