摘要:

背景 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一组非编码RNA集合,能够与mRNA结合抑制靶 mRNA 翻译或促进其降解来调控基因表达。然而微小RNA抑制蛋白表达的确切机制仍不明确。 目的 总结微小RNA对血红素氧合酶(Heme oxygenase,HO)-1的调控作用。 内容 微小RNA对HO-1的直接调控以及通过核因子E2相关因2(NF-E2-related factor 2,Nrf2)/ BTB-CNC异体同源体1 (BTB and CNC homology 1,Bach1)等对血红素氧合酶-1的间接调控。 趋向 MiRNA有望成为疾病治疗的新靶点。

Abstract:

Background MicroRNAs are small noncoding RNAs that regulate the expression of mRNAs by either inducing degradation or repressing translation. However, the exact mechanism that miRNAs diminish protein yield remains unclear. Objective This review focuses on the regulation of heme oxygenase -1 by microRNA. Content Studies suggest that the involvement of microRNAs in the regulation of HO-1 gene expression either directly by interacting with mRNA or indirectly by modulating the expression of upstream regulatory factors,such as factor-E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2)and Bach1. Trend MicroRNA is expected to become a new target of disease treatment.
