摘要:

背景 线粒体的生物合成是线粒体质量控制系统的一部分,对于维持线粒体的内稳态具有重要的作用。HO-1/CO系统可以通过调节线粒体的生物合成,发挥细胞保护的作用。 目的 探讨HO-1/CO系统对线粒体生物合成的调控作用。 内容 介绍线粒体生物合成的过程及调节机制,以及HO-1/CO系统对线粒体生物合成的调节作用。 趋向 HO-1/CO系统可以促进线粒体的生物合成,改善线粒体的功能状态,可能为许多疾病的预防和治疗提供一种新的思路。

Abstract:

Background Mitochondrial biogenesis is a part of mitochondrial quality control, which plays a crucial role in maintaining mitochondrial homeostasis. The cytoprotective effect of HO-1/CO system can be enhanced by improving mitochondrial biogenesis. Objective To review the recent research advance on the role of HO-1/CO system in mitochondrial biogenesis. Content This review introduces the process of mitochondrial biogenesis and its regulation mechanisms, as well as the effect of HO-1/CO system on mitochondrial biogenesis. Trend HO-1/CO system promotes mitochondrial biogenesis and improves mitochondrial function, which will provide new ideas for the prevention and therapy of many diseases.
