摘要:

背景 内皮细胞糖萼位于血管内皮细胞腔面,由氨基葡聚糖(glycosaminoglycan,GAG),蛋白聚糖(proteoglycan,PG)和膜糖蛋白(glycoproteins)组成。内皮细胞糖萼是血管屏障的重要组成部分,它在调节血管壁通透性,介导剪切力对内皮细胞信号转导和抑制凝血与血细胞的粘附过程中起着重要调节作用。研究显示,内皮细胞糖萼对单肺通气时肺损伤有一定的保护作用,但其保护作用的机制尚未完全阐明。目的 探索内皮细胞糖萼对单肺通气肺损伤的保护作用和可能机制。内容 对糖萼的保护和被损害糖萼的修复的重要意义,以及糖萼与由单肺通气诱导的肺损伤的密切关系作一综述。趋向 为预防和治疗单肺通气相关性肺损伤提供一个新的思路。

Abstract:

Background Endothelial glycocalyx is a layer consists of glycosaminoglycans, proteoglycans and glycoproteins situated in the vascular endothelial luminal surface.The endothelial glycocalyx is one of important parts of the vascular barrier.It plays an important role in regulating of vascular permeability,transmitting shear stress forces to mediating signal transductions and inhibiting of coagulation and leukocyte adhesion.Studies have revealed that vascular endothelial glycocalyx has protective effects on lung injuries which induced by one-lung ventilation.Objective Although the protective effects have been studied,the underlying mechanisms are far from clear.This article not only reviews the importance of the protection and repair of endothelial glycocalyx ,but also reviews the close relationship between endothelial glycocalyx and lung injury induced by one-lung ventilation.Content Summarize the advances in protective effects of endothelial glycocalyx on acute lung injury during one-lung ventilation.Trend Guide a new way to carry out better preventive and therapeutic strategies.
