摘要:

背景 多项研究表明丙泊酚、七氟醚和氯胺酮等全身麻醉药可以引起发育期大脑的退行性病变。 目的 为新生儿、婴幼儿麻醉提供理论依据和参考。 内容 对目前全身麻醉药诱导的发育期神经毒性的干预措施的研究进展予以综述。 趋向 随着我国生育政策调整,全身麻醉药在新生儿及婴幼儿中用量逐年增多,主要为全身麻醉手术及镇静方面。只有了解相关的保护措施,才能有效避免全身麻醉药诱导的中枢神经系统毒性,为临床提供更加安全有效的用药指南。

Abstract:

Background A number of studies have shown that anesthetics can cause the developing brain to degenerate. Objective This review provides references for neonatal and infant anesthesia. Content Review the current prevention measures of the general anesthetic induced developmental neurotoxicity. Trend With the adjustment of fertility policy, a growing number of pediatrics are using anesthetics for general anesthesia or sedation. In order to effectively avoid the general anesthesia-induced development neurotoxicity, we should understand measures to prevent neurotoxicity.
