摘要：

硬脊膜穿破硬膜外（dural puncture epidural， DPE）阻滞技术是类似于蛛网膜下腔?蛳硬膜外联合（combined spinal epidural， CSE）阻滞技术的一种椎管内阻滞的新技术，近年来DPE在分娩镇痛中的应用逐渐受到关注。文章就DPE的历史、发展、原理、影响DPE效果的因素、DPE对阻滞范围的影响、在分娩镇痛中的临床应用及发展前景进行综述。

Abstract:

The dural puncture epidural (DPE) technique is a modification of the combined spinal epidural (CSE) technique. In recent years, DPE for labor analgesia has attracted more and more attention. This article is to review the history and principle of DPE, the influence factors and blockade qualities of DPE, the clinical application of DPE in labor analgesia, as well as the future of this technique.
