Abstract: Abstract Background The circulation management is an important part of precise anesthesia, and in large extent, the protection effect of vital organs’ function lies on the protection of circulation in the perioperative period. Objective The objection of this review is to summarize the influence of intraoperative hypotension for postoperative organs’ function, and provide a reference for the management of intraoperative circulation. Content This review outlies how blood pressure is formed and the definition of intraoperative hypotension, summarizes recent studies on the effects of intraoperative hypotension on postoperative outcome, and discusses how to prevent and deal with intraoperative hypotension. Trend Optimize the circulation management, in order to improve the quality of postoperative recovery.
