微RNA-15家族在心脏疾病中的研究进展

摘要:

微RNA-15(microRNA-15, miR-15)家族是由6种具有相同的“种子序列”的miRNA分子组成,它们参与细胞凋亡、分化、增殖、周期调控和肿瘤形成等重要的细胞功能活动的调节。近年来的研究发现miR-15家族成员的表达失调在心脏疾病的发生、发展中有着重要的作用。文章旨在阐述miR-15家族成员在不同心脏疾病中的表达谱的改化,探讨其潜在的临床应用价值,并概述miR-15家族对各种心脏疾病的发生、发展的影响。 miR-15家族与心脏疾病密切相关,以调节miR-15家族为靶点的治疗方法将有望成为未来心脏疾病治疗的重要组成部分。

Abstract:

The microRNA-15(miR-15) family consists of six miRNAs which share the same "seed sequence", and participates in diverse biological processes, including cell apoptosis, differentiation, proliferation, cell cycle and carcinogenesis. Recently, many researches have indicated the important role that aberrantly regulated miR-15 family members play in the pathogenesis of cardiac diseases. The present review is intended to elucidate the changes in the expression of miR-15 family members in various cardiac diseases, discuss the potential clinical values, and summary their effects on the pathogenesis of the diseases. MiR-15 family is closely associated with cardiac diseases and therapies targeting on the family will facilitate the treatment of the diseases in the future.
