摘要:

近年来研究发现,血管紧张素(angiotensin, Ang)Ⅱ作为神经递质或神经调节因子参与脊髓痛觉的信息传导。主要对中枢神经系统中AngⅡ作用部位、AngⅡ受体分布及血管紧张素相关肽参与疼痛的机制进行阐述,介绍中枢神经系统中肾素-血管紧张素系统(renin-angiotensin system, RAS)与疼痛的关系,为术后疼痛的治疗提供新的思路。RAS有望成为临床疼痛治疗的新靶点,相关机制仍需进一步探究。

Abstract:

Recent studies have shown that angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) may act as a neurotransmitter or neuromodulator in the spinal transmission of nociceptive information. This review illustrated the action site of AngⅡ, the localization of AngⅡ receptors and the mechanism of angiotensin peptides involved in pain in the central nervous system, to review the relationship between renin-angiotensin system (RAS) and pain in the central nervous system and provide reference for the treatment of postoperative pain. RAS will become new targets for the treatment of postoperative pain, which needs to be further investigated.
