摘要:

背景 脑内多巴胺神经递质在学习、记忆、精神活动和运动功能中发挥着重要作用,目前研究发现中枢神经系统内的多巴胺能神经元也参与促进全身麻醉觉醒,但其机制有待阐明。目的 探讨脑内多巴胺系统参与全身麻醉苏醒相关机制。内容 本文对多巴胺能神经元功能、投射及其在中枢神经系统内的分布进行总结,综述其参与全身麻醉苏醒的机制研究进展。趋向 多巴胺能神经元参与了全身麻醉苏醒过程,可作为研究和解释全身麻醉意识恢复机制的重要研究方向。

Abstract:

Backgrand Dopamine plays an important role in learning,arousal, mental activity and motor function, but recent studies found that dopaminergic neurons in central nervous system were also involved in the process of general anesthesia and emergence from general anesthesia, but the mechanism is still unclear. Objective To investigate the arousal mechanism of dopamine involved in emergence from general anesthesia. Content This article summarizes the function, projection and distribution of dopaminergic neurons in the central nervous system, and summarizes the mechanisms involved in the recovery of consciousness after general anesthesia. Trend Dopaminergic neurons are involved in the recovery from general anesthesia, which may point out the way for the study and interpretation of the mechanism of the recovery of general anesthesia.
