Here we reported a case of parturient arranged for elective caesarean section because of heart dysfunction, which was possibly due to peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCM). Massive blood loss caused by unexpected placenta increta happened during operation. We tried had to keep the balance of undercapacity and overcapacity, which was the basement of benign prognosis. We hope there could be useful information for our colleagues.
