背景 长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)在神经系统功能和疾病中发挥重要作用,越来越多的研究证实神经炎症和损伤上调了一些lncRNA的表达,这些lncRNA可促进神经病理性疼痛(neuropathic pain, NP)相关受体和通路的激活直接或间接地引起疼痛的发生。 目的 探讨lncRNA调节疼痛的作用机制和研究现状,完善lncRNA作用于NP的理论。 内容 对目前lncRNA在NP治疗中的研究进展进行综述。 趋向 通过对lncRNA在NP作用机制的研究,为临床镇痛药物的研制提供提供新的方向。

Abstract:

Background Long chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) plays an important role in the nervous system function and disease. Many studies show that nerve inflammation and damage could up-regulate the expression of lncRNA so that neuropathic pain(NP) related pathways and receptor could be activated, which induces neuropathic pain directly or indirectly. Objective To investigate current research and modulation mechanism of lncRNA in NP and improve the treatment of NP. Content To review the current research progress of lncRNA in the modulation mechanism of NP. Trend Providing a new direction for the development of clinical analgesic drugs through the study of lncRNA related to the modulation of NP.
