Abstract: Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (SICH) is the most common and life-threatening stroke. Post-stroke cardiovascular events are one of the common causes of death, which seriously affects the survival and prognosis of patients. This article summarizes the current clinical treatment of SICH patients and possible causes of perioperative myocardial injury, so as to avoid further myocardial damage during diagnosis and treatment. This article will review the research progress in SICH etiology, clinical diagnosis, causes of myocardial injury, prevention and treatment. Perioperative blood pressure management during diagnosis and treatment will be discussed, which provides new thoughts to avoid further myocardial injury and improvel prognosis.
