围手术期抑郁状态是患者围手术期常见的并发症之一, 但临床尚无有效措施缓解患者的抑郁状态。氯胺酮对难治性抑郁症患者具有显著、快速的抗抑郁疗效，为氯胺酮治疗围手术期抑郁状态的可行性提供了临床依据。文章回顾国内外关于围手术期抑郁状态评估及治疗的临床研究，重点阐述氯胺酮治疗围手术期抑郁状态的可行性、安全性及相关生物学标记物的研究进展。
Perioperative depression symptom is a common perioperative complication, but limited interventions could relieve such depressive condition effectively. Ketamine could alleviate the depressive symptoms in patients with treatment-resistant depression. These findings provide clinical evidence for the application of ketamine on patients with perioperative depression. This article reviewed researches for the assessment and treatment about perioperative depressive symptoms. This review focused on the feasibility, safety and related biomarkers of administration ketamine for depressive symptoms.
