右美托咪定对七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉斜视矫正术 患儿苏醒期躁动的影响

The effect of dexmedetomidine on pediatric emergence agitation after combinatorial anesthesia with sevoflurane and sufentanil for strabismus surgery

摘要:

目的 探讨右美托咪定(dexmedetomidine, Dex)对七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉斜视矫正术患儿术后苏醒期躁动的影响。 方法 择期行斜视矫正术的患儿120例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(C组)和右美托咪定组(D组),每组60例。D组患儿麻醉前15 min静脉泵注Dex 0.6 μg/kg,C组给予同等剂量生理盐水。采用Craner患儿苏醒期烦躁量表(Pediatric Anesthesia Emergence Delirium, PAED)对患儿躁动程度进行评价,记录两组PAED评分、苏醒期躁动情况及副作用发生率。 结果 与C组比较,D组患儿PAED评分、患儿苏醒期躁动发生率、术后副作用发生率降低(P<0.05)。 结论 Dex用于七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉斜视矫正术可减少患儿苏醒期躁动。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effect of dexmedetomidine(Dex) on pediatric emergence agitation after strabismus surgery under combinatorial anesthesia with sevoflurane and sufentanil. Methods One hundred and twenty children with strabismus were randomly divided into 2 groups (n=60): Dex group (group D: Dex+sevoflurane+sufentanil) and control group (group C: saline+sevoflurane+ sufentanil). Children in group D received intravenous infusion of 0.6 μg/kg Dex 15 min prior to induction of anesthesia, whereas children in group C received an equivalent dose of normal saline. Craner Pediatric Anesthesia Emergence Delirium(PAED) score for emergence agitation assessment, incidence of emergence agitation and postoperative adverse events were recorded. Results Compared with group C, patients in group D showed lower PAED score, less incidence of emergence agitation and postoperative adverse events. Conclusions Dex can effectively reduce the incidence of emergence agitation after pediatric anesthesia with sevoflurane and sufentanil for strabismus surgery.
