摘要:

核因子E2相关因子2(nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2, Nrf2)/抗氧化反应元件(antioxidant response element, ARE)信号通路是增强机体抗氧化功能重要的保护性信号途径。近年来研究发现,Nrf2在糖尿病心肌缺血/再灌注损伤(myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury, MI/RI)发生、发展中发挥着重要作用。文章探究Nrf2/ARE信号通路在糖尿病MI/RI心肌保护作用中的相关机制,并论述氧化应激在糖尿病加重MI/RI中的具体作用和机制以及Nrf2在保护糖尿病心肌中起到的重要作用。激活Nrf2增强机体抗氧化能力能在一定程度上保护糖尿病心肌,减轻糖尿病MI/RI,有望成为治疗糖尿病MI/RI的重要保护策略。

Abstract:

The nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2)/antioxidant response element (ARE) signaling pathway is an important protective signaling cascade to enhance the body′s antioxidant function. Recent studies have found that Nrf2 is essential in the occurrence and development of diabetic myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury (MI/RI). This article explores the mechanism of Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway in myoprotection of diabetic MI/RI. The specific role and mechanism of oxidative stress in diabetes mellitus aggravating MI/RI and the important role of Nrf2 in protecting diabetic myocardium are discussed. At present, activation of Nrf2 can enhance the body′s antioxidant capacity, protect diabetic myocardium to a certain extent and alleviate diabetic MI/RI, which is expected to become an important protective strategy for the treatment of diabetic MI/RI.
