目的 观察阴部神经脉冲射频在阴部神经痛治疗中的临床疗效及并发症情况。 方法 对16例确诊为阴部神经痛的患者，采用阴部神经脉冲射频调节治疗，于治疗前（T0）、治疗后1周（T1）、治疗后1个月（T2）、治疗后3个月（T3）和治疗后6个月（T4）进行VAS评分及匹斯堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI）评价，并记录并发症及副作用的发生情况。 结果 16例患者全部随访成功，T1、T2、T3和T4时患者VAS评分及PSQI总分均低于T0时（P＜0.05）。随访期间有3例患者复发，经再次脉冲射频治疗后好转，1例患者随访期间疼痛较前加重，经口服药物可控制疼痛。本组患者无明显并发症及副作用发生。 结论 脉冲射频是治疗阴部神经痛安全、有效的方法。
Ｏｂｊｅｃｔｉｖｅ To observe the clinical efficacy and complications of pulsed radiofrequency for treatment of pudendal neuralgia. Methods Sixteen cases of pudendal neuralgia were involved in the study，and they were managed by using pulsed radiofrequency. The VAS and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were evaluated before pre?蛳operation and 1 week，1 month，3 months and 6 months after operation. The operative complications and adverse reactions were observed and recorded. Results All patients were followed up. Three patients recurred after the operation and their symptoms improved after the pulsed radiofrequency treatment again. Symptoms of one patient aggravated during the follow-up period，and the pain was controlled through medicines. Compared with pre-operation, the VAS and PSQI were decreased at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after operation (P＜0.05). No complications during and after operation. Conclusions The pulsed radiofrequency is a good method that is safe and effective in the treatment of pudendal neuralgia.
