摘要：

【摘要】 背景 肺部超声（lung ultrasound，LUS）已广泛应用于患者肺部疾病的诊断。但在合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征或急性肺损伤（acute respiratory distress syndrome / acute lung injury，ARDS/ALI）应用肺保护通气策略患者中，LUS对肺部并发症诊断和治疗还不明确。目的 回顾近几年LUS对肺部疾病诊断、治疗及在肺保护通气策略中的应用价值。 内容 超声可以准确诊断肺部病变和ARDS/ALI，且指导肺保护通气策略更好的应用，对治疗效果进行评估。趋向 通过进一步研究，确定LUS在临床应用的意义，有效减少肺保护通气患者术后肺部并发症和死亡率，改善预后。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 Background Lung ultrasound has been widely used in the diagnosis of pulmonary diseases. However, LUS on the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary complications to acute respiratory distress syndrome / acute lung injury(ARDS/ALI) patients instituted in lung-protective ventilation strategy are still not clear.Objective This review presents the progress in the research of the main diagnosis and therapy of pulmonary diseases and the value of lung-protective ventilation strategy by LUS in recent years. Content Ultrasound can accurately diagnose pulmonary lesions and ARDS/ALI, and guide the better application of lung-protective ventilation strategy, and evaluate the therapeutic effect. Trend Through the further research, the significance of LUS will be determined in clinical applications.That will reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications and mortality ,and improve the prognosis of patients with lung-protection ventilation strategy.
