Abstract: Hypotension is the most common adverse reaction during cesarean section anesthesia. Whatever anesthesia method is used, perioperative hypotension cannot be completely avoided. Hypotension itself can cause certain adverse reactions to pregnant women and newborns. At the same time, changes in body position, surgical procedures and the use of oxytocin also have some effects on the fluctuation of blood pressure. In view of these factors, this paper compares and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of infusion, inotropic agents and posture in the prevention and treatment of hypotension. This review provides some ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of hypotension during cesarean section.
