摘要:

肺部超声(lung ultrasound, LUS)是一种安全、可行的床旁成像方式,在肺部疾病诊断中的应用日益广泛。围手术期发生的肺不张与低氧血症及术后肺部并发症密切相关,快速准确的评估至关重要。LUS无创、无辐射且易于使用,便于动态观察追踪患者的病变情况,可用于围手术期发现并诊断肺不张。文章主要描述LUS在围手术期肺不张检测中的应用及LUS评估肺不张的方法,作为评估肺不张的一种有效手段,LUS有助于及时调整通气策略,优化机械通气参数,避免低氧血症的发生,协助麻醉医师诊治低氧血症。

Abstract:

Lung ultrasound (LUS) is a safe and feasible bedside imaging method, which is increasingly applied in the diagnosis of lung diseases. Rapid and accurate evaluation of perioperative atelectasis occurrence is very important because it is closely related to hypoxemia and postoperative pulmonary complications. LUS is non‑invasive, non‑radioactive and easy to use method for dynamic observation and tracking of patients' lesions. It can be used for perioperative detection and diagnosis of atelectasis. This paper mainly describes the application of LUS in perioperative atelectasis detection and the method of LUS to evaluate atelectasis. As an effective method to evaluate atelectasis, LUS helps to timely adjust ventilation strategies, optimize mechanical ventilation parameters, avoid the occurrence of hypoxemia, and assist anesthesiologists in the diagnosis and treatment of hypoxemia.
