Abstract: The application of lung protection strategies at the early stage of surgery not only can prevent lung atelectasis during surgery, but also can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. But how to develop lung protection strategies, especially titrate positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP) is not clear. This review describes the strategies that can be executed in operate room, and makes a list of advantages and disadvantages about them, aims to provide a reference for choosing PEEP titration method during operation.
