摘要:

铁死亡是一种新型调节性细胞死亡途径,主要调节机制有谷氨酸代谢、铁代谢和脂质活性氧(reactive oxygen species, ROS)生成等。全身麻醉药引起发育神经元神经毒性作用的具体机制仍无定论。文章综述铁死亡相关分子机制和信号通路及其与全身麻醉药神经毒性作用的关系,期望为靶向铁死亡预防全身麻醉药神经毒性作用提供理论依据和新的治疗思路。

Abstract:

Ferroptosis is a newly recognized pathway that regulates cell death. Its main regulatory mechanisms include glutamate metabolism, iron metabolism and the generation of lipid reactive oxygen species (ROS). The specific mechanism of neurotoxicity induced by general anesthetics is still unclear. This article reviews the molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways associated with ferroptosis and their relationship with the neurotoxicity of general anesthetics, so as to provide theoretical evidence and new treatment thoughts for targeting ferroptosis to prevent the neurotoxicity of general anesthetics.
