摘要:

在整个棘球蚴病的进程中,调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells, Tregs)及其相关细胞因子IL‑10、转化生长因子‑β(transforming growth factor‑β, TGF‑β)以及特异性转录因子蛋白叉头盒P3(forkhead box P3, Foxp3)在棘球蚴病患者体内呈现高表达状态,有助于免疫耐受形成。文章主要介绍Tregs及其相关细胞因子介导的免疫耐受在棘球蚴所致过敏反应中的作用特点及相关机制,阐述Tregs及其相关细胞因子变化的作用机制及临床应用,为棘球蚴所致过敏反应的具体机制及预防策略提供更深层次的研究方向。

Abstract:

Throughout the hydatid disease's progression, the immune tolerance is mediated by the regulatory T cells (Tregs) acting as the core composition and its related cytokines interleukin (IL‑10), transforming growth factor‑β (TGF‑β) and specific transcription factor forkhead box P3 (Foxp3). Those cytokines above mentioned are highly expressed in patients with hydatid disease, which contributes to the formation of immune tolerance. This article mainly introduces the characteristics and mechanism of Tregs and related cytokines mediated immune tolerance in echinococcal anaphylaxis, and expounds on the mechanism and clinical application of Tregs and related cytokines to provide a deeper research direction for the specific mechanism and prevention strategy of echinococcal anaphylaxis.
