床旁即时超声（point‑of‑care ultrasound, POCUS）的可视性大大提升了临床医师进行气道操作时的安全性和气道管理的精准性。POCUS成为临床医师进行快速诊断与精准治疗的必备技能之一。POCUS技术在新型冠状病毒肺炎爆发时亦发挥重要作用。文章综述了现阶段国内外POCUS技术在上气道解剖结构观察中的显示情况，及其在气道管理中的应用以及临床医师使用上气道POCUS技术的培训进展。
Studies have shown that point‑of‑care ultrasound (POCUS) can greatly improve the safety and precision of airway management of clinicians during airway operation. POCUS has become one of the necessary skills for clinicians to perform rapid diagnosis and precise treatment. POCUS also played an important role in the treatment of COVID‑19 outbreak in 2019. The aim of this review is to summarize the application of POCUS technology in monitoring upper respiratory tract at home and abroad, airway management, and the training programs of clinicians in the use of ultrasound.
