Abstract: Fast‑track anesthesia is a critical step in the implementation of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) in liver transplantation. The indications of fast‑track anesthesia for liver transplantation and the main points of perioperative management have been the focus of attention in recent years. This review mainly describes the feasibility and safety, indications, contraindications and perioperative management of fast‑track anesthesia in the perioperative application of liver transplantation, to achieve more reasonable anesthesia management and enhance the recovery of liver transplant patients.
