摘要:

微RNA(microRNA, miRNA)是心肌缺血/再灌注损伤(myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury, MI/RI)机制中的主要调节元件。七氟醚可通过调节miRNA的表达减轻MI/RI。文章对参与七氟醚心肌保护作用的miRNA相关机制研究进展进行综述,分别论述参与七氟醚预处理和后处理减轻MI/RI机制中的miRNA。探究以miRNA为靶点的MI/RI治疗方法将是未来研究麻醉药物心肌保护作用的重要趋势。

Abstract:

MicroRNA (miRNA) are the main regulating elements in the mechanism of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury (MI/RI). Sevoflurane can alleviate MI/RI by regulating the expression of miRNA. This review summarizes the research advances on the mechanism of miRNA involved in the myocardial protection of sevoflurane and discusses the miRNA involved in the mechanism of MI/RI reduction by sevoflurane preconditioning and postconditioning respectively. Exploring the treatment of MI/RI targeting miRNA will be an important trend to study the myocardial protective effects of anesthetics in the future.
