肝是机体重要的代谢器官，麻醉对围手术期肝功能是重要的影响因素。近年来发现麻醉药物对肝保护起重要作用，但不同麻醉药物的肝保护作用表现不同，且相关具体机制目前仍无定论。文章从新型吸入型麻醉药、静脉麻醉药、阿片类药物和其他麻醉相关药物对围手术期肝保护的现象和机制方面进行综述，以期为临床麻醉药物在肝脏相关手术中的选择提供新的思路。
Liver is a significant metabolic organ and its function is easily affected by anesthesia during perioperative period. It has been continuously reported that anesthetics play a vital role on liver protection recently, but the specific mechanism is unclear. This review summarizes the protective effects of different kinds of anesthetics on liver and their mechanisms, so as to provide novel medication plan for clinical work.
