摘要:

患儿在围手术期面临着比成年患者更大的焦虑风险,这是医患双方共同面临的困境。近年来随着技术的进步,虚拟现实(virtual reality, VR)系统在医疗领域得到了越来越多的应用,尤其是在焦虑管理方面,越来越多的国内外研究者认识到VR系统的独特优势。文章以VR系统缓解患儿围手术期焦虑为主题,对VR系统,患儿围手术期焦虑,VR系统的干预时机、方法、内容、形式等进行了总结,分析讨论VR系统在患儿围手术期缓解焦虑的效果及影响因素。VR系统在医疗领域内的应用方兴未艾,在围手术期缓解焦虑等领域应用前景广阔,能给医患双方带来更多的益处。

Abstract:

Children are at greater risk of anxiety than adults during the perioperative period, which is an unfavorable factor that both doctors and patients face. With the advance of technology in recent years, virtual reality (VR) has been gradually used in medical field. More importantly, an increasing number of domestic and oversee researchers have realized the unique advantages of virtual reality, especially in anxiety management. This article focuses on the role of VR for alleviating perioperative anxiety in children, summarizes VR and perioperative anxiety in children, and the timing, methods, content and forms of VR against anxiety. This article also discusses the effect of VR against perioperative anxiety in children and influencing factors. The application of VR in medical field is promising, which can bring more benefits to both doctors and patients.
