丰富环境改善睡眠与认知障碍的作用及研究进展

摘要:

在围手术期睡眠与认知保护策略中,整体生物‑心理‑社会护理一直被忽视。而基于心理社会刺激发展来的丰富环境(enriched environment, EE)可能具有改善睡眠与认知功能和促进手术快速康复的应用价值和成本效益。近年来很多研究表明EE在神经发生和脑可塑性中具有独特作用。文章从EE刺激理论的作用原理入手,探讨其改善睡眠与认知功能障碍的分子生物学机制,特别是围绕海马区神经发生和可塑性调控进行整理,总结了目前EE对围手术期睡眠与认知功能的作用效果,以求为围手术期睡眠与认知保护提供新的视角。

Abstract:

In the perioperative sleep‑cognitive protection strategy, holistic biopsychosocial nursing has been ignored. Enriched environment (EE) based on psychosocial stimulation may have application value and cost‑effectiveness in improving sleep and cognitive function and promoting rapid surgical rehabilitation. In recent years, many reports have shown that EE plays a unique role in neurogenesis and brain plasticity. Starting with the action principle of EE stimulation theory, this review discusses the molecular biological mechanism of improving sleep cognitive dysfunction, especially about the regulation of neurogenesis and plasticity in hippocampus. In addition, we summarize the effect of EE on perioperative sleep and cognitive function, so as to provide a new strategy for perioperative sleep cognitive protection.
