摘要:

神经振荡是中枢神经系统电活动产生的节律性波动,其出现与不同类型细胞的特性及其相互作用相关。γ神经振荡是其中一种形式。目前研究认为,其参与多种神经、精神类疾病的发生、发展,且与学习记忆的产生及情绪调节相关。因此,文章就γ神经振荡的产生机制、诱发γ神经振荡的实验方法、γ神经振荡参与情绪及学习记忆功能调节的相关基础与临床研究以及γ神经振荡临床应用前景进行综述。

Abstract:

Neural oscillation is the rhythmic fluctuation of electrical activities in the central nervous system and associated with the properties of different cell types and their interactions. Gamma oscillation is one of the forms that have been considered to be involved in the pathogenesis of various neuropsychiatric disorders. In addition, it is associated with learning, memory production and emotion regulation. Therefore, this review is to discuss the mechanisms of gamma neural oscillation, the experimental methods of gamma neural oscillation induction, basic and clinical studies concerning the involvement of gamma neural oscillation in the regulation of emotion and learning memory functions, and the prospects of gamma neural oscillation in clinical applications.
