摘要:

目前对于全身麻醉的神经环路机制研究主要集中于对睡眠觉醒环路、丘脑‑皮质环路、皮质‑皮质网络以及其他环路的探索。文章综述了丘脑和皮质在全身麻醉中的作用,并从神经环路水平阐述丘脑‑皮质环路、皮质‑皮质网络以及丘脑‑皮质‑皮质网络在全身麻醉中的关键作用。这些机制将为深入探讨麻醉和意识问题以及治疗意识障碍相关疾病提供新的思路和方向。

Abstract:

At present, the research on the neural mechanism of general anesthesia is mainly focused on the sleep‑awakening circuits, thalamocortical, corticocortical network and other neural circuits. In this review, we have summarized the role of thalamus and cortex in general anesthesia, explained the key role of thalamocortical circuits, corticocortical network and thalamus‑corticocortical network in general anesthesia in neural circuits aspect. These mechanisms will provide new insights and directions for solving the problems of general anesthesia and consciousness dysfunction as well as for the treatment of diseases related to disturbance of consciousness.
