Perioperative neurocognitive disorders (PND) continuously arouse researcher's interest. Age and arthroplasty are study hotspots as well as high‑risk factors of PND. This review summarized the impact of nerve block, multimodal analgesia, anesthesia depth and various drug interventions on PND, aiming to provide researchers with a clear perspective of PND study.
