摘要:

丙泊酚的作用机制尚未完全阐明,神经影像技术为解析丙泊酚诱导镇静催眠的大脑功能网络调控机制提供了重要途径。文章对利用这些技术探索丙泊酚对大脑局部代谢、血流以及功能网络影响的相关研究进展进行综述,从网络层面阐述丙泊酚诱导镇静催眠作用的相关机制。

Abstract:

The anesthetic mechanism of propofol has not yet been fully clarified. Neuroimaging technology provides an important way to probe the functional network modulation mechanism of propofol‑induced sedation and hypnosis. This review summarizes the relevant research using these techniques to probe the effects of propofol on local metabolism, blood flow and functional networks of the brain, for clarifying the mechanism of propofol‑induced sedation and hypnosis at the network level.
