【摘要】 围手术期气道管理与麻醉的安全和质量密切相关。甲状腺肿瘤［气管外和（或）气管内肿瘤］致气管严重狭窄将加剧气道管理的难度。文章报道2例经气管支架联合清醒镇静表面麻醉成功处理甲状腺肿瘤所致气管严重狭窄合并Ⅲ至Ⅳ度呼吸困难气道的案例，为此类患者的气道管理提供临床参考。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 Perioperative airway management is closely related to the safety and quality of anesthesia. Tracheal stenosis caused by thyroid tumor (extratracheal and/or intratracheal tumors) undoubtedly poses a challenge in airway management. The current study reports two cases of thyroid tumor patients with obvious tracheal stenosis and degree Ⅲ to Ⅳ dyspnea due to thyroid tumor who were successfully treated by tracheal stent combined with topical anesthesia for conscious sedation, so as to provide reference for airway management of such difficult airway patients.
