分娩镇痛期间饮食管理的研究进展

摘要:

产妇在生产过程中的饮食管理一直以来都存在较大争议,过于宽松的饮食可能会导致产妇在麻醉期间误吸风险的增加,而严格禁食、禁饮则可能因产程中能量消耗过大、补充不足,增加剖宫产率。目前国内外并无统一的分娩镇痛期间饮食标准,文章综述了分娩镇痛期间饮食管理相关的证据和研究进展,以及各主要学术组织的相关指南,有助于产科医师、麻醉科医师及助产士团队在分娩镇痛期间为产妇提供科学的饮食指导,保障母婴安全。

Abstract:

The diet management in labor has always been controversial. A loose diet may increase the risk of aspiration during anesthesia, while restricting oral intake may increase the risk of cesarean section due to excessive physical consumption and insufficient supplement during labor. For there are no unified national and international standards. This review summarized recent evidences and research on this topic and guidelines from major academic organizations. Obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and midwives should build up good communications and plans to ensure the safety of mothers and newborns simultaneously.
