Abstract: A 77-year-old female patient with a combination of multiple severe underlying medical conditions and a 3-year history of pulmonary nodules found on chest CT, with no nodules shrinking on cellular immunotherapy. In April 2021, electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy did not find tumor tissue, and the patient and family refused CT-guided lung puncture or surgery. In August 2021, a review of chest CT found that the nodules was larger than before, and he was accepter for further diagnosis and treatment by electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy biopsy and microwave ablation. To safeguard the successful operation, we administered a laryngeal mask general anesthesia to the patient, who recovered well after the operation. No malignant tumor cells were found in the postoperative pathology, and the patient was discharged on the 5th postoperative day.
