摘要:

急性肺损伤(acute lung injury, ALI)是创伤性脑损伤(traumatic brain injury, TBI)患者的主要并发症之一。多项研究表明,高迁移率族蛋白B1(high‑mobility group box 1, HMGB1)在其中发挥重要作用,但具体作用机制并不完全清楚。文章总结并探讨TBI诱发ALI的机制以及HMGB1对其的调控作用,重点综述了HMGB1对晚期糖基化终末产物受体(advanced glycation end product receptor, RAGE)、炎症小体、谷氨酸、中性粒细胞胞外诱捕(neutrophil extracellular trap, NET)的影响,为临床防治TBI诱发的ALI提供更进一步的研究基础和理论指导。

Abstract:

Acute lung injury (ALI) is one of the major complications in patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI). Multiple studies have shown that high‑mobility group box 1 (HMGB1) plays an important role in ALI, but the exact mechanism is not fully understood. This article summarizes and explores the mechanism by which TBI induces ALI and the regulatory role of HMGB1 involved. Special focus is given to the effect of HMGB1 on the advanced glycation end product receptor (RAGE), inflammasome, glutamate, and neutrophil extracellular trap (NET). These findings will provide further research basis and theoretical guidance for clinical prevention and treatment of ALI in TBI patients.
