摘要：

区域阻滞作为加速康复外科中多模式镇痛的重要组成部分，因其能提供满意的术后镇痛，加快术后恢复等，已在原发性肝癌患者手术中广泛应用。本文就用于原发性肝癌手术的区域阻滞方式、应用以及对肿瘤患者的潜在影响进行阐述，为其临床应用提供参考。

Abstract:

As an imperative part of enhanced recovery after surgery program, regional block has been commonly applied in liver cancer surgery for its adequate postoperative pain management and fast recovery. This article reviews the local anesthesia techniques for primary liver cancer surgery and their potential effects on cancer patients to provide references for clinical application.
