摘要：

围术期心输出量(C0)监测是反映危重病人心脏功能客观指标之一。近年来随着计算机软件的发展，微创心输出量监测的方法FloTrac/Vigileo系统监测心输出量、温度稀释结合动脉搏动曲线分析法（PiCCO）、Modelflow模型用于围术期心输出量监测越来越受到关注并逐渐推广应用。

Abstract:

Perioperative cardiac output (C0) monitoring of critical patients is one of the objective indicators of cardiac functions. In recent years, along with the development of software, such less-invasive monitoring methods as FTV、PiCCO、Modelflow which used in perioperative cardiac output monitoring are becoming more and more important and widely used.
