Finding the ideal blood biomarkers to diagnose myocardial injury and myocardial ischemia is new research hotspot. And the ideal cardiac biochemical markers should have some essential character such as a reasonable half-life in blood, a specific form response only to the target cell in tissue. Recently，many cardiac biochemical markers have been applied in clinic researches，and the latest research progress in the field of myocardial injury and myocardial ischemia are reviewed in this paper.
