摘要:

糖原合成酶激酶-3β(glycogen synthase kinase-3β,GSK-3β)是细胞中广泛存在的丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,参与糖原的代谢,细胞内信号的转导,基因的转录和翻译;调节多种细胞激活、分化和生存。近年来发现,GSK-3β抑制剂在肺损伤、缺血/再灌注损伤、胰腺炎、脑损伤等危重病中发挥抗炎作用,因此,抑制GSK-3β可能为治疗这些危重病提供一条新的途径。

Abstract:

Glycogen synthase kinase-3β(GSK-3β)is a ubiquitous serine-threonine protein kinase involved in glycogen metabolism, cell membrane to nucleus signal transducting, gene transcription and translation, and the regulation of many cell activation, division and survival.Recent findings has showed that inhibitors of GSK-3β had anti-inflammatory effects on acute lung injury, ischemia reperfusion injury,acute pancreatitis,brain injury and so on.Consequently, inhibition of GSK-3β activity may provide a novel therapeutic approach to the management of critical diseases.
