血液稀释是有效的血液保护措施之一。血液稀释分为急性等容血液稀释、急性高容量血液稀释和近期提出的改良急性高容量血液稀释。 掌握血液稀释的生理学基础及其对器官功能的影响是极其重要的。现就其进展作一介绍，以推进该技术的临床安全应用。

Abstract:

Hemodilution（HD）is one of effective blood protective measure during perioperative period. HD can be divided into Acute Normovolemic Hemodilution, Acute Hypevolemic Hemodilution and Modified Acute Hypevolemic Hemodilution. It is vital for researchers to master the basic physiological of HD and its influence on organic function.
