摘要:

心脏是血液循环的动力源,心肌细胞线粒体在此过程为细胞活动提供能量。缺血/再灌注时,线粒体的生理功能发生异常,其中线粒体通透性转换孔(mitochondrial permeability transition pore, MPTP)开放,介导发生不可逆的细胞损伤。因此,抑制MPTP的开放,保护线粒体的正常生理功能,是心肌保护研究的新热点。现就线粒体通透性转换孔的研究现状做一综述。

Abstract:

Heart is the power source of hemocircular, and the mitochondria of cadiocyte provided energy for cytolergy in this process. The function of mitochondria were happened to anomalism in the process of ischemic-reperfusion, and the open of mitochondrial permeability transition pore(MPTP)is lead to irreversible cell injury. Therefor, inhibited the open of MPTP, protected physiological function of mitochondrial is latest hot spot of myocardial preservation investigation. This review articles is refer to the study current situation of MPTP.
