摘要:

茶具有养生与医疗保健作用。随着现代科学技术的发展, 已从多个方面证明了茶多酚 (tea polyphenols,TP) 对人体健康所产生的功效。现就抗氧化、 抗NO、 抗炎、 调节信号通路等方面TP 对脏器功能保护的作用与机制作一综述,为 TP在基础与临床研究及新产品的开发提供理论依据。

关键词: 茶多酚; 缺血/再灌注;脑保护
Abstract:

Tea is widely accepted as a beverage all over the world, and as the technology developed, various studies have clearly demonstrated tea polyphenols possess potent neuroprotective effect. This effect has been attributed to their potent antioxidan, free radical scavenging, anti-inflammatory, regulating signal pathway actions, ect. This article reviews the protective effects of tea polyphenols on the function of organs from these aspects; provides theoretical basis for clinical use,fundamental research and development of tea polyphenols’ new products.
