电针预处理脑保护的研究进展

摘要:

背景 如何减轻脑缺血损伤仍是一个世界性的难题和亟待解决的问题。预处理和缺血耐受的发现为防治缺血性脑损伤的研究提供了新思路。目的 本文分析总结电针预处理脑保护的作用及其相关机制的文献资料。内容 此文描述了电针预处理的发现;与“逆针灸”的关系;适宜参数和作用规律和可能作用机制。趋向 电针预处理为中医“治未病”和“逆针灸”的观点提供新的证据,也为临床应用电针预处理预防脑中风奠定理论依据。电针预处理的临床应用价值和作用机制还需要深入研究和不断探索,以充分发挥其应有的医学价值。

Abstract:

Background How to reduce cerebral ischemic injury remain a thorny problem, also an urgent and unresolved issue. The findings of preconditioning and ischemic tolerance provide a new idea of prevention on ischemic brain damage. Purpose This paper sums up literatures on the neuroprotective effects of electroacupuncture (EA) preconditioning and its undergoing mechanisms. Content This paper describes the discovery of EA preconditioning,the relation between EA preconditioning and “backwards to acupuncture and moxibustion”, the optimal parameters, the action rules and possible endogenous protective mechanisms of EA preconditioning. Trend These findings provide the new proof for the opinions of “prevention of diseases” and “backwards to acupuncture and moxibustion” in traditional Chinese medicine, and lay the theoretical basis for preventive of clinical application of acupuncture against stroke. The clinical application and undergoing mechanisms of EA preconditioning still needs to be studied deeply and explored continuously.
