右美托咪啶(dexmedetomidine，DXM)作为一种高效的α2受体激动剂，在心脏手术围术期应用倍受关注。本文主要介绍DXM 心血管系统药理学特点以及在心脏手术围术期应用的有效性及安全性。

Abstract:

As a potent and highly selective alpha-2 adrenergic agonist，Dexmedetomidine(DXM) has been widely used in peri-operitive period of cardiac surgeries recently. This review aims to introduce the remarkable pharmacological properties of DXM on cardiovascular system, and assess the efficacy and safety of DXM when applied in cardiac surgeries peri-operitively.
