摘要:

背景 术后外周神经并发症除了与麻醉操作有关外,还与产科因素、手术体位、手术操作过程等密切相关。 目的 分析总结非麻醉因素相关的外周神经并发症的文献资料。 内容 除麻醉因素外,产科中体位、胎头压迫、产钳使用等可导致腰骶丛、股神经、坐骨神经、腓骨神经等外周神经损伤,出现感觉异常、足下垂等症状,外科的术后非术区神经损伤也不少见。趋向 麻醉医生应当明确多种非麻醉因素可导致外周神经并发症。

Abstract:

Background Postoperative peripheral neuropathies can be due to anaesthetic operation partly, but it also has close relationship with the body position of the surgery,operation procedure and so on. Objective This paper reviews literatures on the postoperative peripheral neuropathies according to nonanaesthesia factors. Content The body position, fetal head compression and the use of obstetric forceps can result in lesions of lumbosacral plexus, femoral nerve, sciatic nerve and fibula nerve. Then the symptoms such as paraesthesia and foot drop will develop. Postoperative nerve lesions beyond the operative area can also be seen in general surgery. Trend Anesthesiologists should notice many kinds of nonanaesthesia factors can cause postoperative peripheral neuropathies.
